A.S.SETHUPATHI, is a distinguished Civil and Structural Engineer, Architect, and Vastu Consultant based in Anthiyur, Tamil Nadu. Holding a B.E. in Civil Engineering (2013) and an M.Tech. in Structural Engineering (2015) from Hindustan University, Chennai, he specializes in harmonizing modern architecture with traditional Vastu Shastra principles. As a self-taught Vastu expert, he provides complete architectural solutions, delivering comprehensive blueprints alongside structural, electrical, plumbing, elevation, and interior design drawings in both 2D and 3D formats.
MEERA PALANIAPPAN
General Manager
MEERA PALANIAPPAN, is a Civil and Structural Engineer with a solid academic foundation and professional experience in both academia and the architectural design industry. Originally from Salem, Tamil Nadu, she earned her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering in 2013 from Excel College of Engineering. Driven by a passion for structural innovation, she completed her M.Tech. in Structural Engineering in 2015 from Hindustan University, Chennai.
Following her postgraduate studies, Meera contributed to shaping future engineers as an Assistant Professor at Mahendra Institute of Technology, where she taught civil engineering subjects for 8+ years. Her academic experience sharpened her skills in technical communication and mentoring.
Currently, Meera serves as an Author and General Manager at House Plans Daily, where she leverages her engineering expertise and managerial skills to develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive house plan books, architectural designs, and related content. In her role, she combines technical precision with creative vision, playing a key part in delivering Vastu-compliant, modern house plan solutions that meet the needs of a diverse, global clientele.
BHAGYAWATI M
Senior Manager
BHAGYAWATI M, is a highly accomplished Civil and Structural Engineer from Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India. She earned her B.E. in Civil Engineering in 2013 and completed her M.Tech. in Structural Engineering in 2015 from Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, Chennai. With a strong foundation in both academic and practical aspects of engineering, she has made significant contributions to the field through teaching, research, and project supervision.
Bhagyawati served as an Assistant Professor at Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science for five years, where she supervised numerous B.Tech. and M.Tech. projects focused on analysis and experimental work related to building construction. Her dedication to research is evident in her published papers in Scopus-indexed international journals. She was honored with a gold medal for successfully completing the prestigious NPTEL online course, “Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures,” offered by IIT Kharagpur.
Currently, Bhagyawati is an Author and Senior Manager at House Plans Daily, where she applies her technical expertise and research experience to develop precise and innovative architectural designs and house plan content. Her leadership and engineering skills contribute significantly to delivering high-quality, Vastu-compliant solutions for clients worldwide.
N. SRI RAMALAKSHMI MOUNIKA
Architectural Designer
N. Sri Ramalakshmi Mounika is a skilled Architectural and Structural Designer with a strong academic and professional background in architecture and engineering. She holds a postgraduate degree in M.E. Structural Engineering from Tamil Nadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore, and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Mahendra Institute of Technology, Nammakal. She is a Registered Structural Engineer with the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), holding the credentials DTCP REGN No: CBE/SE/GR-II/19/2025 and CBE CORP. REGN No: 162/LS/2024/00041.
With her dual expertise, Sri Ramalakshmi brings an in-depth knowledge of both architectural design and structural stability, ensuring that her projects are not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically sound and compliant with local building regulations. Her experience spans CAD design, detailed architectural drawings, and building approval processes, where she has successfully transformed conceptual ideas into precise, regulation-ready plans. She specializes in building approval drawings, load calculations, and structural detailing that facilitate smooth project clearances across residential and commercial developments.
Currently, she applies her technical skills and professional expertise as an Architectural Designer at House Plans Daily, where she contributes to the creation of Vastu-compliant, innovative, and practical house plan solutions. V. Kiruthika is a dedicated civil engineer and environmental management professional based in Komarapalayam, Namakkal District. She earned her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Excel Engineering College in Komarapalayam. Building on her passion for sustainable development, she advanced her education by completing her postgraduate studies in Environmental Management at the highly regarded CEG Campus of Anna University in Chennai.
Throughout her career, Kiruthika has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and technical excellence. She shared her expertise with the next generation of engineers as an Assistant Professor at Vivekanandha Engineering College from 2015 to 2016, and later returned to academia to teach at Mahendra Engineering College from 2024 to 2025.
Complementing her strong academic background, she is highly skilled in technical design and project management. She holds professional certifications in industry-leading software, including AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, and Primavera.
